Pricing

Per property. Quoted out loud, on the call.

There is no per-seat table here, because a hotel is not bought by the seat. We price a property against how much of the platform it switches on, say the number in the last eight minutes of the walkthrough, and put it in writing the same day.

How it's quoted

Three things move the number.

Nothing else does. There is no onboarding fee, no charge for the people who use it, and no premium tier that unlocks the audit trail. The record is the product.

01

How many properties

Each property is its own record with its own staff and clearance. A second property costs less than the first, and a group of twelve costs less per property than a group of three.

02

How much you switch on

Start with the two modules that hurt most and add the rest when you are ready. Nothing is bundled to force a bigger number, and moving up does not restart your contract.

03

How long you commit

Monthly, or a year at a lower rate. We would rather you left easily than stayed on a term you regret, so the exit is written into the same page as the price.

Questions

On the price, specifically.

Because a single number here would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. A twelve-room guesthouse running one module and a five-property group running all six are not the same sale. You get your number in the last eight minutes of the walkthrough, said out loud, and in writing the same day.

No, and we will not. Per-seat pricing is how a property ends up with one shared login behind the desk, which destroys the only thing that makes a record worth keeping. Everyone gets their own login at no extra cost.

Yes, and most properties should. Pick the one that is costing you money this month, usually packages or inventory, and let the rest wait until the first is habit. Adding a module later re-quotes that property and nothing else.

You export the record and go. It is your operating history, not ours, and there is no charge to take it. The terms say the same thing in fewer words.

Everything else, the walkthrough, the product, access and data, is answered in the full FAQ.
