Live walkthrough 45 minutes · screen shared

See one of your own days,
end to end.

We load your properties, your shift pattern and your roles before you join. Then we walk a single day forward, first arrival to closeout, in the order your team actually works it. No slide deck.

How many properties do you run?

One reply from an operator, within one business day. We use these details to prepare the walkthrough and nothing else.

The 45 minutes

Every minute is accounted for before you join.

00 to 05

Your setup is already in.

Property names, shift pattern and the roles you named on the form. You join and it is your operation on screen, not a sample hotel.

05 to 20

One day, walked forward.

First arrival to closeout. A parcel comes in at the door, a count goes in at the store, a shift hands over, the day closes, each one leaving a record with a name and a time on it.

20 to 37

Your hard case.

Bring the variance nobody could explain, or the parcel that vanished between shifts. We run it through the record in front of you. If it does not hold up, you will see that too.

37 to 45

Fit, cost and next steps.

Which modules you would switch on, what a rollout looks like at your property count, and a price. No follow-up sequence you have to unsubscribe from.

If you're comparing

Most of this you would only find out on the call.

You are probably looking at two or three of us at once. Here is where we land before you spend the 45 minutes.

Where we fit

Independent properties and small groups where one person wears several hats, the handover happens on a phone, and nobody has a systems team. It should work the week you switch it on.

What we are not

Not a PMS, not a channel manager, not your accounting ledger. We do not price rooms, take bookings or run guest marketing. HospiCore sits beside those and holds what happens on the floor.

Skip the call if

You need a PMS replacement, a hundred-property rollout with a custom SLA this quarter, or a tool nobody on the floor has to open. We would rather say so now than take the 45 minutes.

The walkthrough

Five minutes on your setup, fifteen walking one day forward, seventeen on whatever case you bring, eight on fit and price. An operator shares their screen and drives. You interrupt whenever you like; most of the value is in the interruptions.

No. Property names and your shift pattern are enough, and the form covers both. If you want to bring a real problem, a variance, a missing parcel, a handover that went wrong, that makes the call sharper, but nothing needs exporting first.

Whoever owns the handover. A GM alone works; a GM plus one person who actually does the closeout is better, because they ask the questions that decide it. Two or three people is the useful ceiling for 45 minutes.

Live, always. A recording cannot answer the question you actually care about, and we would rather hear it. If the times we offer do not work, say so in the reply and we will find one that does.

The product

Six modules: packages, inventory, front desk, purchasing, reports, and team & access, sharing one record. Every parcel, count, request, handover and closeout is a row with an author and a timestamp, so a report is a view of what happened rather than a retyping of it.

No, and we would not want it to. Your PMS holds reservations and rates; HospiCore holds what your team does on the floor. Nothing needs ripping out to try it, which is usually the reason these projects stall.

Yes. Each property keeps its own record and its own staff; the group view reads across all of them without anyone re-keying a thing. Clearance is set per property, so a manager at one site does not inherit the others.

That is where most entries come from. Logging a parcel at the door, taking a count in the store, signing a handover: all of it is one-handed on a phone. Nothing is designed to be done later at a desk, because later is when it stops being done.

Access, data and cost

Every person has their own login and a clearance level; there is no shared desk account. A storekeeper sees stores, a front office manager sees the desk, an owner sees the group. Because entries carry an author, an audit is reading the record rather than an investigation.

Yours. It is your operating record, exportable on request, and it stays that way if you leave. The demo itself runs on sample data, so we never ask you to upload anything to see the product.

Quoted per property once we know your count and which modules you want, and said out loud in the last eight minutes of the call rather than mailed to you a week later. The walkthrough itself costs nothing and does not require a card.

Most properties we talk to do, and both work fine right up to the moment someone asks who signed for something. That is the case to bring to the call: if the record does not answer it faster than your chat history, do not switch.

Bring us a week that went wrong.

Half an hour, your own operation on screen, and a straight answer about whether this fits.
